Laura Tallman,
PT, DPT, CMTPT, CSCS, CKTP
Co-owner/Chief Clinical Officer

Laura brings over 20 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, specializing in manual therapy and treating a diverse range of conditions across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics. With a deep focus on mobility, strength, and flexibility, Laura takes a holistic approach to enhance the overall well-being of her patients.

Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Laura also holds advanced certifications in manual therapy, dry needling, Kinesio Taping, and 200-hour yoga instruction. She seamlessly integrates her expertise in personal training, yoga, and Pilates into her physical therapy practice, offering a well-rounded, personalized approach to rehabilitation and wellness.

Laura earned both her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys traveling with her husband and four children, making the most of family adventures.

Madeline (Maddie) Couch, PT, DPT
Assistant Clinic Director

Maddie is a licensed physical therapist who enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels, with a special interest in post-operative rehabilitation, balance training, and orthopedic care. She especially enjoys helping patients recover after knee surgeries and is passionate about guiding individuals through every stage of recovery to help them regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

Maddie also enjoys treating athletes, active adults, and the older active population, including pickleball players and individuals looking to stay strong, independent, and active throughout life. She values creating individualized treatment plans that focus on patient goals, functional movement, and long-term success.

Maddie earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

Outside of the clinic, Maddie loves to travel - especially anywhere with a beach!

Hannah Belt, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Hannah is a licensed physical therapist who enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels, with a particular interest in manual therapy. Grounded in evidence-based practice and a patient-centered approach, Hannah builds individualized treatment plans that address the root causes of dysfunction—not just the symptoms. She is committed to creating a safe, empowering environment where patients feel heard, supported, and educated throughout their healing journey.

In addition to her orthopedic practice, Hannah specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation, treating conditions including, but not limited to, pelvic pain, incontinence, post-surgical recovery, postpartum recovery, prolapse, cesarean sections, and core dysfunction. She is passionate about helping patients reconnect with their bodies and regain confidence in movement.

Hannah earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her friends, family, and two cats.

She sees patients in our West Annapolis location.

Meghan Haas
Patient Care Coordinator

After many years dedicated to caring for and shaping the lives of children, Meghan felt a strong calling to transition into healthcare. She has quickly become an essential part of our team. She loves welcoming patients with a smile and ensuring everyone feels supported from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her son, cheering him on at soccer games. She’s a country music fan, loves fishing with her family, and never passes up a good game of pool. A true local sports enthusiast, Meghan proudly cheers on the Capitals, Commanders, and Orioles.
