Laura Tallman, PT, DPT, CMTPT, CSCS, CKTP
Founder/Physical Therapist

Laura brings over 20 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, specializing in manual therapy and treating a diverse range of conditions across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics. With a deep focus on mobility, strength, and flexibility, Laura takes a holistic approach to enhance the overall well-being of her patients.

Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Laura also holds advanced certifications in manual therapy, dry needling, Kinesio Taping, and 200-hour yoga instruction. She seamlessly integrates her expertise in personal training, yoga, and Pilates into her physical therapy practice, offering a well-rounded, personalized approach to rehabilitation and wellness.

Laura earned both her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys traveling with her husband and four children, making the most of family adventures.

Amanda Boyle, PT, DPT, CMTPT
Clinic Director - Severna Park

Amanda Boyle, PT, DPT, CMTPT brings nearly 10 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist and serves as the Clinic Director of Opal Physical Therapy’s Severna Park location. Originally from New Jersey, Amanda has made Maryland her home, where she continues to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.

Amanda has a special interest in pediatrics, orthopedics, concussions/vestibular rehabilitation, and sports injuries, and is especially known for her exceptional dry-needling skills. Her well-rounded background includes experience in outpatient orthopedics, pediatric therapy within public schools, and post-surgical inpatient rehabilitation, giving her a comprehensive perspective on patient recovery and performance.

Amanda earned both her undergraduate degree and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys staying active, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Hannah Belt, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Hannah is a licensed physical therapist who enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels, with a particular interest in manual therapy. Grounded in evidence-based practice and a patient-centered approach, Hannah builds individualized treatment plans that address the root causes of dysfunction—not just the symptoms. She is committed to creating a safe, empowering environment where patients feel heard, supported, and educated throughout their healing journey.

In addition to her orthopedic practice, Hannah specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation, treating conditions including, but not limited to, pelvic pain, incontinence, post-surgical recovery, postpartum recovery, prolapse, cesarean sections, and core dysfunction. She is passionate about helping patients reconnect with their bodies and regain confidence in movement.

Hannah earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her friends, family, and two cats.

She sees patients in our West Annapolis location.

Lara Ringgold, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Lara is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with years of experience providing patient-centered, individualized care. She works with patients of all ages and is dedicated to helping individuals move safely and confidently through every stage of recovery and wellness.

Lara has a strong focus on improving strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall confidence. She is also a fitness specialist for older adults, which brings a unique perspective that bridges rehabilitation with long-term movement and wellness. Her background includes post-rehabilitation fitness, balance and fall prevention, and progressive strengthening programs designed to support lasting independence and quality of life.

Lara earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and completed her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Pennsylvania State University.

Outside of work, Lara enjoys vacationing in Bethany Beach, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and spending time outdoors with her energetic Labrador Retriever, Thor.

Kaeli Crandall
Patient Care Coordinator
Severna Park

After building a strong foundation in the food service industry, Kaeli Crandall is excited to begin her next chapter here at Opal! She chose Opal because of her growing interest in physical therapy and her goal of becoming a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Kaeli has a natural passion for helping others, and we’re so happy to have her as part of our team.

Outside of work, Kaeli loves spending time with her family — especially as the oldest of four siblings. When she’s not with family, you can probably find her with friends or binging a good Netflix series while relaxing at home.

Meghan Haas
Patient Care Coordinator
West Annapolis

After many years dedicated to caring for and shaping the lives of children, Meghan felt a strong calling to transition into healthcare. She has quickly become an essential part of our team. She loves welcoming patients with a smile and ensuring everyone feels supported from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her son, cheering him on at soccer games. She’s a country music fan, loves fishing with her family, and never passes up a good game of pool. A true local sports enthusiast, Meghan proudly cheers on the Capitals, Commanders, and Orioles.
